After  filling out the enrollment form, make your start up payment.

Step 3

After making your first Tuition Payment, watch the online orientation video then show up for your start date in person.

TX Licensing Form

This form is required by the state of Texas. Please download, print out, and bring in a signed copy on your first day of class.
